Science With St. Bernards

Science! ;-D

Yesterday, a few teachers and students from St. Bernards came to our school to teach us Science. We focused on Geology. We looked at what would happen to a house in an earthquake, by putting a weight in wet sand, and shaking it. The weight/house sank into the sand, and we saw the differences between it sinking into wet sand, and it sinking into gravel and water.
 We also tried to make rocks out of sand, some white powder and water,  but the mixture didn't really set properly.
It was fun, apart from when my brother came, because I didn't really want him to come..

Anyways yeah :-) It was fun to learn about fault lines, earthquakes and other stuff. :)
